Medium- and Heavy-Duty Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) Grants

The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) provides incremental grants for the cost of Class 5 through Class 8 compressed natural gas vehicles over the equivalent diesel vehicle. Grants of up to $25,000 per vehicle and $50,000 per applicant are available on a first-come, first-served basis until April 2, 2018, or until funds are exhausted. Eligible applicants include municipalities, political subdivisions, incorporated nonprofit entities, corporations, and limited liability companies or partnerships registered to do business in New Jersey.
