Low Emission Vehicle (LEV) Standards Requirement

The Governor has directed the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to develop a rule to establish a Colorado LEV program. The LEV program will incorporate the California motor vehicle emissions and compliance requirements specified in Title 13 of the California Code of Regulations. The Colorado Air Quality Control Commission must vote on CDPHE's proposed rule for adoption into the Colorado Code of Regulations by December 30, 2018.
